Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received. Please allow additional time during public holidays, promotions, or special releases.

Shipping Within Cyprus:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the Republic of Cyprus, with no minimum order value. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping to Greece:

For orders shipped to Greece, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times:

  • Cyprus: 1–3 business days
  • Greece: 3–7 business days (depending on location and courier availability)

Address Modifications:

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at cs@enutrition.com.cy or via live chat. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Undelivered Orders:

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your property or with neighbors. Wait 24 hours, then contact our team for assistance.

Shipping Protection:

You may choose to add shipping protection at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged items. If protection is selected and an issue occurs, contact cs@enutrition.com.cy to initiate a claim.
