Return policy
At enutrition.com.cy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unopened and in original condition.
- Apparel & accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
- Promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at cs@enutrition.com.cy to initiate your return request. Please include your order number.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions via email.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Send the item(s), including your original invoice or packing slip, to the address we provide.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received in error or is defective.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
